Need a healthy snack?


Blend:
3-4 bananas
1/4 cup agave, maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch sea salt
Pour over 4 cups soaked, dehydrated walnuts, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 cup shredded coconut.
Stir well. Pour onto teflex sheets. Dehydrate until done!
